When do we charge your credit card?

We do not charge your credit card until we send you your order. If you paid by check, and we owe you total or partial amount of money, we will send you a check to the correct amount.

Confirmation of prices and availability

We cannot confirm the price of a product before your order, but please have in mind that we WILL NOT charge your credit card until we send your order.

Despite our constant efforts, out of more than 10 000 items in our catalogue, a small number has an incorrect price tag. In any case, checking the prices before sending is a part of our standard procedure.

• If the real price of an item is lower than the said price, we will charge you for the smaller amount and send you your order.
• If the real price is higher than the said price, we will contact you before sending.

Availability: What does it mean?

Availability of every item is marked on the page with the detailed description of that product. The estimate of availability is related to the time period needed for sending you your order, without taking into concern the time period from the moment of sending the order until reception.
