1. How to order an item?

- Then, click the Go to checkout button.
- Fill out the online purchase order.
- Click the button that reads Click here to confirm your order to send us your order and - that's it!
Yu4You.com will send you the confirmation of your order via email. After your first purchase, you will become our registered member. With any future purchases, you will not have to enter all the data again, but just your email address and the password of your choice. Also, we will not keep the number of your credit card in our records. That is information that you personally will enter for every order you make. 2. How to find an item I need?
There is a great number of items at our site, and this number is growing every day. If you know what you are looking for, simply enter one or more words related to the item you are looking for in the search box at the upper left hand corner of any page and click on the "Search" button. When you get the list of results of your search, click the title you are interested in and the site will show you the page with the detailed information about the desired item.
If you wish, you can browse items using the links which are on the left hand side of every page, as well as using the navigation bar at the top of every page. In that way, you can search for items by categories subcategories (for example "Music" or "Music - folk").

3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express in US Dollars and Euros. We also accept payments through WorldPay, the leading service for electronic money transactions. There is also an option of wire transfer and sending money through Western Union.
If you live in Serbia, we recommend you to use cash on delivery payment method. In case you choose this payment method, we will send you an email with the total amount of your order in Serbian Dinars which you will need to confirm.

7. Do I have to pay the customs tax?
If you order items that total under 1000 €, you do not have to pay any customs tax, or any other extra charge.

8. How to order used or sold out books?
All the items that are not currently in the publisher's supply, because the next edition is coming soon or the book (it is usually about books) is sold out and it will not be printed anymore, are marked as "sold out" on our web site. In case you want us to start searching for the sold out items, you first have to place an order for sold out books. When we receive your order, our special orders department will contact our suppliers to find out whether we can get a copy of the desired book. When we find a copy, we will notify you via email about the price and the condition of the item before we ship it. You can then confirm or cancel your purchase. In case you want order multiple copies of the sold out books, please place separate orders for each copy.
Please have in mind that we cannot order an item from our supplies until you confirm that you want to make the purchase under the given price and conditions. It is our policy not to charge you anything until mailing, so you will never have to pay for an item if you have not confirmed it previously.

9. What is your returns policy?
Within the time period of 30 days since receiving the order, if your after claim is valid, you can return:
- Any book in its original condition,
- Any unopened CD, DVD, or VHS tape,
- Damaged CD, DVD, or VHS tape,
- Any other item in its current condition with its original packaging and accessories
We will fully refund the price paid for the item, if you return it as mentioned above. We will also refund you the costs of shipping if the return is a result of our error. For additional information, please take a look at our returns policy.

10. What to do in case the price was incorrect?
Despite our great and constant efforts to keep our catalogue current and up to date, occasionally it happens that some of over 10 000 items in our catalogue have an incorrect price tag. Nevertheless, the part of our standard procedure is checking the price first, so the potential error will be corrected in the ordering procedure.
- In case the real price of an item is lower than the price stated on our website, we will charge you for the lower amount and send you your order.
- In case the real price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you for further instructions before we send you your order.
We will not charge your credit card until we mail you your order.

11. Can you tell me more about a certain product?
All information about a specific product is given on the page with its detailed description:
- Books: nTitle, author, edition, publisher, date of publishing, price, number of pages, dimensions, category by genre, and ISBN number (a globally standardized number for identifying editions or books). The reviews, critics as well as a photo of the front page are also frequently there.
- CD: Title, artist, release, date of release, price and YUASIN (Yu4you.com unique identification number). The reviews, critics as well as a photo of the front page of the cover are also frequently there.
- Video and DVD: Title, cast, director, date of publishing, details about the edition, technical data and YUASIN (Yu4you.com unique identification number). The reviews, critics as well as a photo of the front page of the cover are also frequently there.

12. Can you tell me if this product is available? Can you confirm the price before I order an item?
Information about availability of a certain item is on the page with the detailed description of that item. Some items are labeled as "Special Order". This means that it is necessary for us to contact the producer, publisher or the studio directly to obtain a copy. These items are usually delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from the moment of receiving the order - often sooner. For items marked as "Hard to Find" or "Sold Out", the waiting period for delivery is sometimes up to 6 months. In processing your order, we will notify you via email if a certain product has became unavailable.
We cannot confirm the price until we receive your order, but have in mind that you will not pay anything until the item is shipped.

13. What is the format of your video tapes and DVDs?
All video tapes we are selling are in PAL format. This is a video format that is in use in Europe. These tapes will not work on most of the video devices in America or other countries that use NTSC, SECAM or some other format.
All DVDs we are selling are also in PAL format. There is a possibility that DVD devices outside of Europe will not be able to play the discs bought here, because of the Country Code Information or the video standard system. DVDs in our catalogue are Region 2 or Region 0 ("Region Free"). In case you have a Region 2 DVD, you will be able to watch it only in Europe, Japan, Middle East, Egypt, South Africa and Greenland, except if you own a region-free DVD device. 14. In my country, Euro is not the official currency. How do I pay for my order?
