If the car you have reserved is not available, Zim Rent-A-Car can provide you with a vehicle in the same or higher category.
In the window "Ordering is easy" please provide following information:
- Time of your arrival in the country, time of arrival at the airport, your flight and the time of your flight, so the driver could pick you up.
- Period you're renting car to (start and ending date, including exact nuber of dates).
- Your e-mail, telephone number, so we could reach you and give you detailed information about Zim Rent-A-Car (our telephone, address and contact person)
- Under option "komad" in the top right corner, you can fill in the same information.
