Description: The record that now stands before you is a result of the great effort and will of the members of this orchestra. They wanted to properly celebrate two extremely important jubilees of our musical cultural heritage: the 50th anniversary of Dixieland in Serbia, and the 50th anniversary of the art opus of the biggest Dixieland legend from these parts - the trombonist Ljubomir Matijaca, a member of the previous numerous Yugoslavian Dixieland groups, and today�s ideological and spiritual leader of The Belgrade Dixieland Orchestra. As it turned out, the first Dixieland CD ever to be printed in this country is dedicated to this man who unselfishly devoted himself and his life long commitment to this type of jazz.
