Excellent double CD with alot of my favourite singers...
I am very happy with my purchase.
Highly recommend this dobule CD to you all.. Well worth it.

I have purchased these New Year's Grand Show DVD's since 2004 and I have to admit they are lavish productions and very well made and produced. The best one so far in my opinion was 2007 with its diverse array of stars such as Keba, Ana Bekuta, Tanja Savic, Mile Kitic, Lepa Brena, Neda Ukraden and some new stars from Zvezde Grand competition. This compilation seemed to concentrate on the new winners of 2008 Zvezde competition with a few established stars thrown in such as Brena, Ukraden, Redzevpova sisters-- none of the new stars I can say really stands out as memorable. Brena needs new material desperately, I love her but she is long overdue for a new CD and comeback. I adore anything from Serbia and I subscribe to Grand Revija because they give you a free CD/DVD in every issue and look forward to receiving it. The music featured on here all sound the same with synthesizers, accordions, and electric violins and guitars -- you heard one you heard them all. Unless you really are into that Zvezde competition and a bunch of young kids trying to act like pop stars, then pass this disk up -- get 2007 or before instead if you want to see some established stars.
