Description: It's spring of 1999. Belgrade is being bombed. The psychiatric department has been moved into an atomic shelter that is left without electricity. Under the candle lights and with sounds of detonations blasting in distance, we find a patient without diagnosis. Boris, a young video editor who had survived bombing of Radio Television of Serbia. He had been working on the TV news program, editing packages about the protocol of the president, party congresses, in a word: regime propaganda. His room mate is old Uncle Nebojsa, ex communist and prosecutor. Under the burden of hundreds executions he did for the Tito's regime, Uncle Nebojsa is now in some kind of religious insanity, imagining himself as a young character of an old black & white movie "Miraculous sword".

Head of psychiatric department, doctor Vanja, is performing Rorschach's test with Boris, trying to set his diagnosis. Boris is obsessed with moving pictures, his cinematography experience and art he studied. In Rorschach's spots he sees a film about proffesional killers and prostitutes. In front of the confused doctor and cinema audience Boris starts 'editing', out of the ink spots of Rorschach's test, a partly funny and partly scary story about moral state of human beings who are inhabiting the Land of Truth, Love and Freedom.

The Fasbinder award of the 49th International Film Festival in Mannheim. The best Yugoslavian fim in 2000.
