Description: Opanak (pl. opanci) is a traditional Serbian peasant shoe. It is considered to be unseparable addition to traditional clothing in Balkan. This particular shoe is a version from Sumadija (Shoo-mad-ee-ya) region, considered to be "heart of Serbia". The shoe is opanak "siljkas" which means it has pointed toes. Hand made by professional shoe-makers in Serbian countryside.
